It has been a long time coming in terms of a review for Kinect Nat Geo TV Season 2. We started playing this game back in January 2013. For some reason the episodes were released at staggered dates. Two would come out every single month. We have now played all that the system will let us play.

I have to work really hard not to geek out completely over a new Lego game. Lego City Undercover on the Wii U was a lot of fun. So I was extremely eager to play and review LEGO City Undercover The Chase Begins on the Nintendo 3DS. This hand held game is the prequel to the Wii U home console game.

God forbade drinking from vessels or stagnant water that had been contaminated by coming into contact with a dead animal. It is only in the last 100 years that medical science has learned that contaminated water can cause typhoid and cholera.
Leviticus 11:33-36 If one of them falls into a clay pot, everything in it will be unclean, and you must break the pot. Any food you are allowed to eat that has come into contact with water from any such pot is unclean, and any liquid that is drunk from such a pot is unclean. Anything that one of their carcasses falls on becomes unclean; an oven or cooking pot must be broken up. They are unclean, and you are to regard them as unclean. A spring, however, or a cistern for collecting water remains clean, but anyone who touches one of these carcasses is unclean.

The newest offering from The Jellyrox is a 6-song mini album of warm, dreamy, danceable, electronic pop joy.
"I’ve decided to call the EP Embellish, mostly because i kind of like the sound of that word and also because I feel like thats what most pop music is…a tiny idea that somehow gets dressed up and passed around a 1920’s jazz club and made a big deal of when its really not." - Matt Langston, The Jellyrox

Enceladus, a moon of Saturn, looks young. Astronomers working in the “billions of years” mindset thought that this moon would be cold and dead, but it is a very active moon, spewing massive jets of water vapour and icy particles into space at supersonic speeds, consistent with a much younger age. Calculations show that the interior would have frozen solid after 30 million years (less than 1% of its supposed age); tidal friction from Saturn does not explain its youthful activity.

After getting over my disappointed realization that I wasn't going to be watching an Elder Scrolls movie in a few months, the trailer for Oblivion, starring Tom Cruise, intrigued me and made me interested to see what would come of what looked to be the summer's first sci-fi blockbuster. Whether you're a fan of Cruise or not, he tends to be in geek genre movies that, at the very least, are not terrible, and often are well funded and solidly directed. (Legend, Interview With The Vampire, Minority Report, War Of The Worlds.)

Racial equality is a virtue that sets America apart from many other countries. However, we sometimes forget how unfairly America treated African Americans a mere fifty years ago. The movie “42” is a perfect reminder of the segregation that once plagued America and the brave efforts made by two important heroes to end that segregation on the ball field.

Review: "Go Teen Writers" by Stephanie Morrill and Jill Williamson

The question we hear most from new writers is, "How do I get published?"
And the answer is: Respect your dream.
Every writer's journey is different, yet as we've reflected on our experiences and those of the writers around us, we've seen time and time again that those who are successful are the ones who had the patience and endurance to stick with this writing thing. They didn't look for shortcuts (at least, not for long), nor did they quit after five, ten, or one hundred rejections.

Citizen Way was formed in 2004, when two sets of siblings, Josh and Ben Calhoun and David and Ben Blascoe, crossed paths while in college. Their camaraderie made for a foundation that went beyond their biological connection and combined their vision for ministry with their passion for music. The result is Love is the Evidence, an infectious pop-rock project with sensibility. It is the byproduct of years spent honing their skills; playing at camps, retreats and youth group events; investing in the fans; and building a faithful following. The music has a driving momentum. In the end, the guys of Citizen Way really just want to have a conversation with people, sharing stories that reflect Scripture, reveal the heart of God and speak to honest, human struggle.
